Wash the tomatoes and puree them using a blender. heat a pan and add ghee to it.
Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle. add ginger and green chilli, and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in the pureed tomatoes and add salt. stir and cook for a few minutes.
Add a little water, cover the pan, and let it cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Cut the paneer into pieces and add them to the tomato mixture. bring it to a boil.
