To prepare the nutty semolina breakfast bowl, gather all the required ingredients.
In a saucepan or kadai, heat ghee over low heat.
Once the ghee is hot, add semolina (sooji) and roast it until you get a nutty aroma from the pan.
Now add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, and almonds. mix everything together.
In a separate bowl, mix water and cane sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
