To begin making the tangy spinach lentil curry, add arhar dal and yellow moong split in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water. pressure cook for about 3 whistles.
Switch off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and give it a stir.
Place the pressure cooker on low heat and add the tamarind pulp.
In the meantime, heat a small pan with 1 teaspoon of oil.
