To start preparing papad stuffed parathas, begin by frying the urad dal papads until they become crisp. once done, crush them into small pieces in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine finely chopped onions, fresh coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring they are well incorporated. set this onion and spice mixture aside.
When you are ready to make the parathas, mix the crushed papads into the onion masala mixture. this will be the stuffing for our parathas.
Roll out the wheat flour dough into medium-sized rotis.
