To prepare the sprouted green gram coconut curry, start by soaking the green gram overnight and then draining the water.
Place the soaked green gram in a warm place and cover it with a wet towel to allow germination. this process will take about a day.
Once the green gram sprouts, soak them again in water for a couple of hours.
Drain, wash, and try to remove as much skin from the sprouted green gram as possible.
In a pressure cooker, add the sprouted green gram with some water and cook for one whistle until they become soft while still holding their shape.
