To begin making the khandeshi gram flour dumpling curry, heat a kadai over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
Add chopped onions and garlic to the kadai and saute until the onions soften and turn golden brown.
Once the onions have lightly colored, add grated coconut and continue sauteing for another 5 minutes until the coconut is well roasted.
Stir in chopped coriander leaves and saute for an additional 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Allow the mixture to cool down and transfer it to a mixer or blender. blend it with some water to create a smooth and creamy paste.
