Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions. meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. add the portobello mushrooms and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become tender. add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the black beans, tomatoes, rosemary, and oregano. heat the mixture through. add the spinach to the skillet and stir until it wilts.

Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the skillet with the bean mixture. toss everything together to combine the flavors.
