Preparation: gather and organize all the required ingredients for making mutton leg & broad beans curry.
Tempering: heat a heavy-bottomed kadai and add sesame oil. add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, organic cinnamon, cloves, and bay leaf. let the spices release their aroma.
Onion saute: once the spices are aromatic, add 2 chopped onions and saute until they turn translucent.
Poppy seed addition: add poppy seeds, toor dal, and chopped tomatoes to the kadai. continue sauteing until the tomatoes are cooked.
Coconut blend: incorporate grated coconut and turn off the heat. let the mixture cool down.
