To prepare spiced beetroot and raw banana cutlets, first, boil the beetroot and raw banana in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles until they are well cooked.
Allow the pressure to release naturally.
Once the vegetables have cooled down, grate them using a grater and set them aside.
In a pan, heat oil and roast fresh coconut. then add ginger, green chilies, roasted peanuts, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, and red chili powder. saute the mixture for a few minutes.
Add the grated beetroot and raw banana to the pan and stir-fry until the mixture comes together and binds well.
