To create the zesty gram flour squares, start by dissolving the gram flour in water to form a thick batter. add water gradually to ensure a smooth consistency.
Mix in turmeric powder, lemon juice, asafoetida, salt, and red chilli powder into the gram flour batter. set aside.
Heat oil in a sturdy pan and add cumin seeds and half of the mustard seeds. let them crackle.
Toss in finely chopped onions, grated raw mango, ginger, and minced garlic. saute until the onions become soft and translucent.
Incorporate the prepared gram flour mixture into the onion mixture.
