Preparing soya dosa batter:
Wash and soak the idli rice, soybeans, urad white whole, fenugreek seeds, and chana dal together in water for about 4 hours.
Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter using some water.
Add salt and mix well. allow the batter to ferment for about 8 hours or overnight.
The batter should be thick and have a smooth texture.
