To prepare the soya chunks coconut milk masala, start by boiling water in a saucepan until it reaches a brisk boil.
Add the soy nuggets to the boiling water and allow them to cook for a couple of minutes until they become soft and absorb water.
This process will take around 5 minutes.
Once the soy chunks have softened and absorbed water, drain the excess water and set the soy chunks aside.
