For ragi dosa batter:
Wash and soak urad white whole and fenugreek seeds together. in a separate container, wash and soak idli rice and ragi.
After soaking for at least 4 hours, grind the urad and fenugreek seeds together into a smooth paste. similarly, grind the soaked rice and ragi into a smooth batter.
Mix both batters well, add salt, and allow it to ferment overnight or for about 8 hours.
