How To Cook?

In a bowl, sieve the ragi and jowar flour. add yogurt and water to make a smooth paste.

Add asafoetida powder, salt, and red chili powder. mix well to ensure there are no lumps in the batter. set aside for 10 minutes.

To the batter, add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, and fresh coriander leaves. mix well.

Heat a teaspoon of oil on a non-stick pan. pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it lightly to form a thin chilla. sprinkle some oil around the edges.

Cook until the chilla sets and the bottom side turns crispy. flip it over and cook the other side until crispy as well.
