Wash the colocasia leaves and remove the stems. pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, combine the jowar flour, ragi flour, chickpea flour, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, green chili paste, tamarind pulp, jaggery, oil, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and coriander powder.
Mix all the flours and spices together until no lumps remain.
Apply the flour mixture evenly onto the colocasia leaves and roll them tightly.
Steam the rolled leaves in a steamer for 15-20 minutes. allow them to cool.
