To prepare the multigrain methi dhebra, gather all the ingredients required.

In a large bowl, mix together fenugreek leaves, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, white sesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and asafoetida.

Add a teaspoon of oil to the mixture and mix well. let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the fenugreek leaves to soften slightly.

Next, add pearl millet flour, sorghum flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, and salt to the bowl.

Mix everything together using your fingers until the fenugreek mixture is well incorporated with the flours. the mixture will have a crumbly texture.
