In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, chickpea flour, suji, jeera, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies, salt, curd, and oil. mix well to form a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. then, add baking soda and mix well.
Grease a tawa (griddle) and heat it over medium heat. spread a thick layer of the batter onto the tawa.
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, onions, and coriander on top of the batter.
Cover the uttapam and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. flip it over and cover again. cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
