Begin by thoroughly washing and soaking brown rice, split urad dal, fenugreek seeds, and red rice in water for about 6-8 hours or overnight.
Drain the soaked ingredients and grind them into a smooth batter by adding enough water. the batter should be of pancake batter consistency.
Add salt to taste to the batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle and grease it with a small amount of sunflower oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it in a circular motion to form a pancake.
