To prepare the multigrain lentil khichda, start by gathering all the ingredients.
Drain the soaked wheat dalia and bajra. grind them in a mixer grinder to make a coarse paste.
In a deep kadai, add 5 cups of water, the coarse grain paste, and 1 cup of rice and chana dal.
Cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes until the rice is half done.
Add masoor dal, turmeric powder, and salt. mix well and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until everything is cooked through.
