To begin making the multigrain millet phulka, combine ragi, jowar, bajra, wheat flour, and salt in a large bowl. gradually add water to form a firm dough.
Add a teaspoon of oil to the dough and knead it until smooth.
Cover the millet phulka dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After resting, knead the dough again and divide it into 8 equal portions.
