How To Cook?

Soak 0.25 cup of moong dal in water for 3 hours.

Drain off the water and transfer the soaked dal to a mixer jar.

Add 1 chili, 0.5 inch of ginger, and 1 teaspoon of cumin to the mixer jar and blend into a smooth paste, adding water if required.

Transfer the dal batter to a bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, a pinch of hing, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the batter.
