To prepare the almond chana dal ladoo, start by dry roasting the already roasted chana dal in a pan until it releases a roasted aroma and slightly changes its color.
Allow the roasted chana dal to cool down and then grind it into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the powdered chana dal, jaggery, cardamom powder, and almond meal.
Add ghee to the mixture and start kneading it using your hands until it forms a cohesive mass.
Continue kneading until you can shape the mixture into lemon-sized balls to make the almond chana dal ladoo.
