How To Cook?

To prepare foxtail millet and lentil crepes with spinach, wash and soak the foxtail millet, arhar dal, yellow moong split, and chana dal separately in water for 4 hours.

After soaking, drain the water and grind the foxtail millet to a slightly coarse paste using a mixer grinder. add a little water as needed.

In the same mixer jar, grind the soaked dals along with red chilies and fennel seeds to a smooth paste. add water as needed.

Combine the ground foxtail millet and dal mixture in a bowl. season it with salt and mix well to form a batter for the crepes.

Add roughly chopped spinach leaves and green chilies to the batter and mix thoroughly.
