To prepare the creamy doddapatre yogurt soup, start by thoroughly washing the doddapatre leaves and patting them dry using kitchen towels.
Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add the washed doddapatre leaves.
Gently saute the leaves on medium heat until they change color and release their moisture.
Continue sauteing until the leaves are reduced to half their quantity and most of the water has evaporated.
Remove the saute leaves from the pan and transfer them to a mixer jar.
