For the chilli idli, you can either use leftover idli or fresh idli. cut the idlis into the desired shape.

In a bowl, prepare a thin batter by mixing corn starch, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. coat the idlis well in the prepared batter and fry them in the hot oil until they turn crispy golden. set the fried idlis aside.

In another pan, heat oil and add minced garlic, finely chopped green chilies, and onion. saute them lightly until they are fragrant and slightly softened.

Add chopped green capsicum, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to the pan. stir well to combine. then, add red chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce.
