How To Cook?

In a pressure cooker, add the potatoes with enough water. close the cooker and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles.

Once the pressure is released, take out the potatoes, let them cool down, peel, and cut them into small squares. keep them aside.

Prepare the garlic chutney, green chutney, and date and tamarind chutney and keep them ready.

In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, raw green mango, chaat masala, and lemon juice. mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk the curd (yogurt) with a pinch of black salt and sugar. adjust the sweetness and tanginess according to your taste.
