Idli base: to create the mini idli chaat delight, gently coat the mini idlis with a touch of chutney powder (if using) on both sides and set them aside.
Light sautËúÖ: heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a shallow pan.
Idli searing: arrange the idlis on the pan and sautËúÖ them for about 30 seconds on both sides until they attain a light golden color. remove the idlis from the pan and place them on a serving platter.
Chaat building: on each mini idli piece, spoon about 1 teaspoon of greek yogurt. sprinkle finely chopped red onions and sev over the yogurt-covered idlis.
Chutney drizzle: drizzle approximately 1 to 2 teaspoons of green chutney and tangy tamarind chutney over the idlis.
