To prepare the banarasi stuffed tomato chaat, start by boiling the potatoes in a pressure cooker with water and salt until the cooker releases 3 whistles.
Once the potatoes are cooled down, peel the skin and mash them.
In a mixing bowl, add cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, salt, and black salt to the mashed potatoes. mix the spices properly with the potatoes.
Wash the tomatoes and cut off the upper half. scoop out the pulp from the tomatoes.
Stuff the tomatoes with the prepared mashed potato mixture.
