Preheat the oven to 200ÔøΩc/180ÔøΩc fan/gas 6.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. place them in a mixing bowl.
Chop the fresh coriander and parsley. add them to the bowl with the chickpeas.
Finely dice the red onion and tomatoes. add them to the bowl as well.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, harissa paste, and lemon juice to create a dressing.
