Preparing saffron-infused milk: to start making the saffron-infused milk peda, soak saffron strands in warm milk for 10 to 15 minutes, or you can refrigerate it overnight for better color infusion.
Cooking the base: in a kadai, heat ghee over low flame. add condensed milk and bring it to a gentle boil.
Incorporating milk powder: now, add the milk powder to the kadai, and stir vigorously to prevent lumps from forming. if there are any lumps, break them for a smooth texture.
Thickening the mixture: continue to stir the mixture continuously until it begins to thicken.
Adding saffron and cardamom: once the mixture thickens, add the saffron-infused milk and ground cardamom (elaichi) powder. stir well to combine.
