To begin making the saffron-infused khoya peda, gently warm the milk without boiling it and soak the saffron in it.
Set this saffron-infused milk aside for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
In a pan or kadai, add crumbled khoya and sugar.
Cook this mixture on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously until the sugar completely dissolves.
The khoya will first melt and then thicken again.
