To create the nutty spirulina ragi energy bites, start by placing all the nuts in a food processor. pulse them until they form a coarse powder. this will provide a delightful nutty texture to your energy bites.
Remove the powdered nuts from the food processor and add the dates and dried apricots. blend until they transform into a coarse paste. these fruits will contribute to the natural sweetness and binding of the energy bites.
Now, combine the powdered nuts, finger millet (ragi) powder, flaxseed powder, almond butter, spirulina powder, and coconut oil in the food processor. blend until all the ingredients come together into a cohesive mixture.
Take out the mixture from the food processor and start shaping it into small to medium-sized balls. you can shape them according to your preference.
Once you've shaped the energy bites, place them in the refrigerator to set. this will help them hold their form and develop the right texture.
