To begin making the cocoa ragi mug delight, prepare filter coffee in the regular way by adding 5 scoops of filter coffee to less than 1/2 cup of boiling water.

Take 3 tablespoons of the third-degree decoction and mix it with 1 tablespoon of milk. set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine finger millet (ragi) flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. mix them well.
