To prepare the pomegranate mint chutney, start by finely chopping the red onion. rinse the fresh coriander and mint leaves thoroughly with water and chop them finely as well.
In a mixer jar, add pomegranate seeds (anardana), chopped red onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, chaat masala, salt, and a pinch of sugar.
Add a small amount of water to the mixture to facilitate grinding and then grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
Add lemon juice to the paste and mix it well.
Taste the chutney and adjust the salt if necessary.
