How To Cook?

Peel and chop the beetroot, then blend it to make a puree.

In a bowl, combine the beetroot puree, chickpea flour, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt. mix well to form a smooth batter.

Just before cooking, add fruit salt to the batter and gently mix to incorporate air and make the batter fluffy.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and lightly grease it with oil.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a pancake.
