Mango panna cotta:
Begin by preparing the mango panna cotta. chop the agar-agar strands into small pieces using kitchen scissors and soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine the double cream, whole milk, and sugar. place it over low heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture gently boils, and the sugar completely dissolves.
In another saucepan, keep the soaked agar-agar and water solution over low heat. continuously stir until the agar-agar strands are fully dissolved.
Once the cream, milk, and sugar mixture gently boils, remove it from heat and mix in the hot agar-agar solution. stir thoroughly with a wire whisk.
