How To Cook?

Begin by soaking the gelatin leaves in 100ml of cold water, allowing them to soften.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, whole milk, castor sugar, salt, and cardamom powder until the mixture becomes frothy and well combined.

Next, melt the softened gelatin in 100ml of warm water. once melted, add it to the yogurt mixture and thoroughly mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. pour the mixture into individual molds or serving bowls.

Place the molds or bowls in the refrigerator and allow the panna cottas to chill for a couple of hours, or ideally overnight, until they set completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the mango chaat garnish. dice the ripe kesar mangoes into small pieces and mix them with a sprinkle of chaat masala. let the mangoes marinate in the masala for about 15 minutes to enhance their flavor.
