How To Cook?

1

To begin making egg white kheer with dry fruits, take a saucepan and add milk along with elaichi powder to it.

2

Boil the milk and let it reduce to half of its initial amount. this process usually takes around 30 minutes on medium flame.

3

While the milk is reducing, separate the egg whites from the eggs and keep them aside.

4

Once the milk has reduced to half, add chopped dry fruits such as almonds, pistachios, and cashew nuts. avoid adding raisins at this point, as they may sour the milk and cause it to curdle.

5

Add sugar and continue stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. this may thin down the milk, so keep stirring and boil the mixture again until it reaches a creamy consistency.
