In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil full cream milk until it turns off-white and creamy, reducing its volume.

Continuously scrape the cream from the sides of the pan and incorporate it into the milk as it boils.

Add sugar, saffron milk infusion, and cardamom powder to the milk. toss in chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios. cook for a few more minutes.
