How To Cook?

To prepare the arugula, fig & green bean salad, start by washing the arugula leaves thoroughly with water. drain all the water and set aside.

In a small skillet, add the figs and let them sizzle for a few minutes. add a tablespoon of red wine vinegar and toss the figs. cook for 2 more minutes and set aside.

Repeat the same process for the green beans as well.

Next, make the dressing by squeezing in the lemon juice and whisking in all the other ingredients until it emulsifies.

Drizzle half of the dressing over the arugula leaves and toss them to coat. check for seasonings and adjust salt and black pepper to taste.
