To begin making the green bean muthia curry, pressure cook the green beans with 1/4 cup of water and salt for 2 whistles.

Release the pressure immediately to retain the bright green color of the beans. set aside.

To make the muthia, in a small bowl, combine gram flour, kasuri methi leaves, turmeric powder, sugar, asafoetida, enos fruit salt, lemon juice, cooking oil, and salt.

Add a little water and mix to make a firm dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into ovals, lightly pressing them down.
