To prepare the bihari green peas stuffed flatbread (bharbhara), start by making the filling. in a bowl, mix together fresh green peas, gram flour, finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies, grated raw mango, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. add water as required to form a thick mixture.
Preheat a griddle or flat pan on medium heat.
Take a portion of the dough and spread it on the griddle to form a circular flatbread (bharbhara).
