To prepare baked spiced pinwheels, in a medium bowl, combine whole wheat flour, besan flour, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, ghee, and salt. mix well.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a firm dough. cover the dough with a damp cloth and set it aside.
In a pan, dry roast poppy seeds and white sesame seeds until they release a pleasant aroma. transfer the roasted seeds to a bowl and keep them aside.
In the same pan, roast grated fresh coconut until it turns slightly golden. remove the roasted coconut and set it aside.
In a mixer or food processor, add the roasted poppy seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, ginger, green chilies, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, asafoetida, coriander leaves, and mint leaves (except sugar).
