To make the spicy baked namak para, combine refined wheat flour and whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
Add carom seeds, black pepper powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, and salt to the flour mixture. mix well to distribute the spices evenly.
Next, add ghee and sunflower oil to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add water little by little and knead the dough until it is firm and smooth.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
