To start making the baked cornmeal sesame biscuits, in a bowl, mix together cornmeal, salt, crushed black pepper, dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), and sunflower oil.
Knead the ingredients together to form a soft dough, using lukewarm water.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
After resting, mash the dough gently to make it soft and pliable.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
