To prepare the coriander ginger baked chicken, start by thoroughly cleaning the chicken pieces and rubbing them with salt. allow the chicken to rest for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare a paste by grinding cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, chopped onion, and green chillies with a few teaspoons of water in a mixer grinder.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the chicken pieces on it.
Coat the chicken pieces with the prepared coriander-ginger paste, ensuring they are well coated on all sides.
