How To Cook?

Heat a pan and add 3 tablespoons of milk and sugar. stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the milk thickens. remove from heat and let it cool.

Take bread slices and remove the edges. set them aside.

In another pan, heat khoya and sugar. stir continuously for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame.

Transfer the melted khoya to a bowl. add the cooled sugar mixture to the bowl and place it in the fridge to cool further.

Meanwhile, take the bread slices and soak them one by one in milk. squeeze out the excess milk and keep the soaked slices aside.
