To prepare the spicy tandoori mushroom bites, start by washing the mushrooms, pat them dry, and then quarter them. set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the corn flour, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt. gradually add water and mix to create a thick batter.
Add the quartered mushrooms into the batter and ensure they are well coated.
Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai/wok over medium-high heat.
Fry a few coated mushrooms at a time until they turn golden brown and crispy. drain the fried mushrooms on paper towels and keep them aside.
