To prepare the tandoori paneer wrap, first, make the whole wheat paratha according to the tawa paratha recipe. cook the parathas in ghee or oil and set them aside.
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and add the sliced red capsicum and onion. roast them until they become soft and tender.
Once the capsicum and onion are tender, add the sliced paneer pieces and the tandoori masala seasoning. toss everything until the paneer is well coated with the spices. be careful not to overcook the paneer to avoid making it rubbery.
Spread aluminum foil on a flat surface and place the prepared tawa paratha on it.
Layer the lettuce evenly over the paratha, leaving some space at one end for rolling.
