To start preparing the strawberry chocolate swirl rolls with vanilla glaze, let's begin by making the strawberry filling. in a pan, add the chopped strawberries and cook them over medium heat.

Cook the strawberries for about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly until they become soft, mushy, and release their juices.

Add caster sugar and cornflour to the cooked strawberries, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps. continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens. remove from heat and transfer the filling to a small bowl. set aside.

Now, let's prepare the dough. in a pan, heat milk on low flame for 1 minute until it becomes lukewarm. turn off the flame.

Add a pinch of sugar and active dry yeast to the lukewarm milk, stirring gently. set aside for 10 minutes or until froth appears on top of the milk.
